About The Role
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team in Dombivli. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with brand voice and goals
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a Social way while cultivating leads and sales
- Analyze social media campaigns and provide performance reports using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Manage paid ad campaigns and optimize for reach and engagement
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) are a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
