Social Media Manager

We seek a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a strong understanding of various platforms, and the ability to develop and implement engaging content strategies. The Social Media Manager will be crucial in increasing our brand's online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Develop and curate compelling, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Create and schedule posts, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand voice across all platforms.
• Utilize creative tools and techniques to enhance visual and written content, including graphics, images, videos, and infographics.

Audience Engagement and Interaction:

• Monitor social media channels, and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and engagingly.
• Foster meaningful interactions with followers, cultivating a positive and interactive online community.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer concerns or inquiries effectively.
• Social Media Strategy:
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
• Research and analyze social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to inform content and strategy adjustments.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Campaign Development and Execution:

• Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user participation and brand loyalty.

Social Media Advertising:

• Assist in the planning and execution of paid social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, and ad creative development.
• Monitor ad performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
