Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute organic and paid social media strategies for the company and assigned clients.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their brand objectives, target audience and campaign requirements.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2 years as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
