We are hiring an assertive, hands-on Social Media Manager with mandatory hands-on expertise in Social Engine Optimization and its insight. Experience in creating creatives, running paid ads, lead generation, on-page SEO, and backlink creation to optimize websites.

You will lead the company digital presence across social media platforms as the primary engine for thought leadership, owning performance campaigns, social governance and end-to-end channel ROI.

  1. Social Media Platforms Management
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence by leveraging competitive research, platform insights, benchmarking, and audience understanding to drive traffic, engagement, and company`s brand awareness.
  • Develop content around our service features, client opportunities, client highlights, and their events.
  • Templatize and manage day-to-day posting, ensuring smooth and consistent content rollout.
  • Apply platform best practices to maximize traction and engagement, including effective hashtag strategy, optimal posting times, caption length, tagging, and content formatting.
  • Conduct social listening and reputation management, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.

2. AI Tools and Applications for Social Media content creation and repurposing

  • Proficient in using UI/UX and AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, etc.) for copywriting, content generation, and design.
  • Create and edit videos using tools such as Lumen5 and Canva.
  • Research, brainstorm, and create high-quality social media assets in multiple formats (text, images, videos), adhering to company/client guidelines, including posts, carousels, short videos, and infographics using AI-powered creative tools to maintain brand consistency and improve turnaround time.
  • Repurpose existing content across formats and platforms to maximize reach, engagement, and efficiency

3. Content Consistency & Scheduling

  • Ensure social content (posts, videos, comments, multimedia) maintains a consistent tone and style aligned with brand voice and identity.
  • Implement a regular posting schedule to foster audience anticipation and engagement.
  • Create and manage SOPs for smooth functioning and ensuring brand alignment.
  • Create and update content calendars for every business unit on a timely basis.

4. Trend Monitoring & Innovation

  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, with a focus on platforms.
  • Be an advocate and early adopter of latest software tools and AI to optimize efficiency and creativity in social media execution.
  • Share trend-based insights and recommendations with the team to inspire fresh ideas and improve content performance.

Required skills experience

  • 3- 5 years in social media strategy experience in Manpower or Client handling industry.
  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience with UI/UX and AI tools (e.g., Canva, Jasper, and similar) for content creation, video production, auto-clipping/highlight generation, social listening and performance optimization. creating creatives, running paid ads, lead generation, on-page SEO, and backlink creation to optimize websites.
  • Strong multi-channel content adaptation skills and advanced analytics capability (dashboards, attribution, predictive modelling).
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation skills and executive presence.
  • Degree in Communications / Marketing / Business / Media or related.
