Job Summary: We are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands how to build brand voice, consistency, and engagement across platforms. This role is not about random posting, it's about strategy, storytelling, and performance. You'll own the brand's social presence end-to-end; planning, execution, publishing, and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning Own monthly and quarterly social media content calendars.
• Translate brand goals into platform-specific content strategies.
• Identify content themes, formats, and narratives that drive reach and engagement.
• Content Execution Create and manage posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Facebook. Write high-quality captions aligned with brand tone.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and founders for content inputs.
• Manage reels, carousels, static posts, and short-form videos.
• Community & Brand Building Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions.
• Engage with followers, creators, and relevant communities.
• Maintain brand voice across all interactions.
• Performance & Insights Track metrics: reach, engagement, saves, CTR, follower growth.
• Analyse what's working and what's notno vanity metrics.
• Share weekly insights and improvement actions.
• Trend & Market Awareness: Stay updated on platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes. Identify competitor and industry benchmarks.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3 years of hands-on social media management experience
• Strong written communication and storytelling skills
• Deep understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn (non-negotiable)
• Ability to think strategically, not just creatively
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
• Experience working with D2C, consumer brands, agencies, or startups is a plus
• Good to Have Basic understanding of paid social content (not performance marketing)
• Experience collaborating with founders or leadership teams
• Canva / basic design sense Influencer or creator coordination experience
