The company was founded in March 2014 by alumni from IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, and IIM Ahmedabad and has served over 30+ lakh customers monthly. NoBroker.com has raised a total of $366 Million from investors such as Google, General Atlantic, SAIF Partners, Tiger Global, Moore Capital Management, Beenext, KTB Ventures, Digital Garage, Qualgro, Rocketship VC, and Fulcrum Capital. Its Angel Investors are Vijay Shekhar Sharma and Anand Chandrashekharan. The team of 6000+ people is passionate about fulfilling real estate requirements without any brokerage, using a technologically advanced platform, and offering numerous world-class services. The company serves Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Delhi-NCR, and Hyderabad.

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can own two things at once: the voice of NoBroker's main brand page, and the growth engine for our Services vertical's social presence. At the core, we want a strategist and a thinker who can turn a business goal into a content plan, not just a good caption.

What You'll Do

● Own the content calendar and day-to-day execution across NoBroker's main brand handles (Instagram, X, LinkedIn) and the Services vertical's social presence.

● Spot trends, formats, and cultural moments early, and decide fast whether (and how) NoBroker should show up in them.

● Brief and collaborate with design and video teams to get content from idea to published, on time and on brand.

● Track what's working - engagement, reach, follower growth and use that to shape the next month's plan, not just the next report.

● Pitch original formats and series proactively. We'd rather you bring us an idea we haven't tried than perfect an idea we've already done five times.

What We're Looking For

● 4–5 years of experience in social media/content, with a genuine copywriting/content background (agency or brand-side) Your portfolio should prove you can write as well, not just brief writers.

● A strategist's instinct: you can explain why a post exists, what pillar it serves, and what it's meant to do for the brand or business, not just that it's on theme.

● Sharp, hands-on knowledge of how Instagram, LinkedIn, and X actually behave differently.

● Comfort with data: you can read an engagement or reach report and walk away with an actual decision, not just a screenshot.

Bonus Points

- You're a creator yourself, a YouTube channel, an Instagram page, a newsletter, a meme account, anything where you've personally built an audience. Having stood on the other side of the algorithm makes for sharper briefs and faster instincts.

- Experience working across both a brand page and a more performance-leaning page or vertical.
