The company supplies materials to wholesalers, retailers, builders, interior designers, contractors, fabricators, and individual customers.

Role Description

The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for planning and executing social media strategies across platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.

We're looking for a passionate, creative, and tech-savvy professional to lead our complete digital presence.

This isn't just a social media role—you're the person responsible for building and managing the digital backbone of our brands.

What we expect from you:

• Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Pinterest, etc.)
• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality content including reels, videos, product photography, and graphics
• Build and execute content calendars across all brands
• Drive organic growth through engaging and data-driven content
• Develop and execute SEO & SMO strategies
• Oversee website development, maintenance, and optimization
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies
• Monitor analytics, generate reports, and continuously improve performance
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI tools, and digital marketing strategies
• Leverage AI to automate workflows, improve content creation, and develop innovative digital solutions for the natural stone and engineered stone industry
• Build our brands into industry leaders across every digital platform
• Strong skills in utilising AI and Photoshop to create visuals/renders for homeowners mainly stone/slab applications.

We are looking for:

• Passionate about storytelling and branding
• Obsessed with social media trends and viral content
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and marketing
• Self-driven and capable of taking complete ownership of digital marketing
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.

Preferred Experience:

• 3–5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work
• Experience managing multiple brand accounts
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts organically
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Search Console, WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, website optimization, and performance marketing is a strong advantage
