Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, trend-aware, and execution-focused Social Media Manager who understands digital culture, creator ecosystems, audience psychology, and platform growth. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing brand presence across platforms while coordinating with creators/influencers and driving engagement, reach, and content performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute social media strategy across Instagram and YouTube.

- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand positioning

- Coordinate with creators, influencers, and talent for collaborations, campaigns, and content execution

- Maintain smooth communication and follow-ups with influencer/creator partners

- Stay updated with trends, memes, pop culture, creator trends, and platform algorithms

- Coordinate with creative, design, and video teams for content execution

- Monitor audience engagement and community interactions

Requirements

- Strong understanding of social media trends, creator economy, and platform behavior

- Experience working with influencers, creators, or talent collaborations

- Excellent communication, coordination, and content planning skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment

- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting

- Prior experience in entertainment, digital media, influencer marketing, or content-driven brands is preferred
