Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Mumbai. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement. Tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling engaging content, optimizing social media performance, monitoring analytics, and identifying trends. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align social media activities with overall marketing goals and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to drive engagement and growth
• Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms
• Creative thinking and ability to devise innovative campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in digital marketing or social media roles is an advantage
