Job Description – Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to grow our brand presence, engage our community, and generate qualified leads across key platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, image, video) across platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to community engagement in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, lead generation).
  • Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize for performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in Product and Service marketing.
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams for product launches, announcements, and campaigns.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience managing social media for a B2C Product/Service brand.
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and audience behavior.
  • Proficiency with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, native insights, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience running LinkedIn campaigns for SaaS products.
  • Experience of influencer marketing.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation workflows.
