This on-site role (India) seeks a results-driven Social Media Manager to own strategy, content, paid and community performance across client-facing social channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and own multi-channel social media strategies that align with brand positioning, campaign goals, and KPIs.
- Create and manage the content calendarplan, brief, produce, and publish high-impact posts and short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and YouTube.
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns using Meta Business Manager/Facebook Ads Manager to maximise reach, engagement and ROI.
- Lead community engagement and moderationrespond to audiences, escalate issues, and turn feedback into content and product insights.
- Monitor performance and deliver weekly/monthly analytics reports using Google Analytics and social reporting tools; translate data into actionable optimisations.
- Collaborate closely with creative, account and strategy teams to produce on-brand assets, influencer activations and campaign deliverables on deadline.
