Role Overview
We're looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager who can plan, create, and manage content across multiple brand accounts. You'll own the social media calendar, ensure timely delivery of posts, and use data to continuously improve performance. This role blends creativity with organization ideal for someone who loves content, storytelling, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars for Taleworthy and client brands.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, stories, and reels across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Write compelling captions and ensure all content aligns with brand tone and visual identity.
- Collaborate with design, copy, and strategy teams to produce campaign assets.
- Track key performance metrics and share actionable insights in weekly/monthly reports.
- Engage with followers and online communities to grow brand presence.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Support influencer or partnership campaigns when required.
Requirements
- 23 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
- Strong grasp of social media trends, formats, and storytelling techniques.
- Proven ability to manage content calendars and deliver consistent posting schedules.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with analytics dashboards (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
- Highly organized, creative, and results-oriented.
Bonus Skills
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of paid social campaigns or community management.
