Job Overview-
We are seeking a Creative Director Marketing, Branding & Digital Growth to lead the overall creative and strategic direction of our brand across digital platforms. The role requires a strong blend of creative leadership, brand storytelling, social media strategy, and SEO-driven content planning. The ideal candidate will drive consistent brand identity, audience growth, and performance-led creative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities-
- Define and own the brand identity, visual language, and tone of voice across all platforms
- Lead creative ideation for marketing campaigns, launches, and brand narratives
- Ensure brand consistency across social media, website, SEO content, and paid campaigns
- Social Media Strategy & Content
- Develop and manage social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms
- Oversee creation of static posts, reels, videos, stories, and motion creatives
- Plan, execute, and maintain a monthly & quarterly social media content calendar
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to keep content relevant and engaging
- Collaborate with content and SEO teams to develop SEO-driven content strategies
- Ensure social and web content aligns with keyword strategies, search intent, and organic growth goals
- Guide blog, landing page, and website content from a creative and brand perspective
- Track content performance and optimize based on analytics and SEO insights
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to design high-converting creatives for paid ads
- Align creative outputs with marketing KPIs, CTRs, engagement, reach, and conversions
- Analyze campaign performance and refine creative strategies accordingly
- Coordinate with marketing, strategy, and external agencies for seamless execution
- Manage timelines, approvals, and quality control across all creative deliverables
Preferred Qualifications-
- Experience in media, entertainment, lifestyle, or digital-first brands
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools
- Experience with influencer campaigns and brand collaborations
