Social Media Manager

This position is part of HealthKart, India's leading nutrition and supplement platform, which houses brands like MuscleBlaze, HK Vitals, TrueBasics and Gritzo.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Create engaging content independently, including carousel posts, captions, and short-form video/reel scripts.
• Plan and manage content calendars aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and business goals.
• Drive ROI-focused social media campaigns and analyze performance using key metrics and insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and influencers to execute impactful marketing campaigns.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Social Media Management with a D2C brand or digital/creative agency.
• Strong content writing skills with the ability to create engaging social media copy and video scripts.
• Expertise in content strategy, community management, and influencer marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other social media analytics tools.
• Genuine interest in the health, fitness, and wellness industry with a creative, data-driven approach.
