Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Matri's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and execute content calendars and campaigns.
• Create content ideas, reels, and trend-based concepts.
• Coordinate with designers and video editors to produce engaging content.
• Manage community engagement, comments, and DMs.
• Work with influencers and creators for collaborations.
• Track social media performance and prepare weekly reports.
• Support product launches and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics is a plus.
