About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of renowned spiritual leaders and organizations onboarded under Times Internet's Spiritual Services. The role involves developing platform-specific strategies, driving audience growth, increasing engagement, and building strong digital communities across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other platforms.

Work Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end social media presence for multiple spiritual leaders and organizations.
  2. Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies aligned with each guru's vision and audience.
  3. Create content calendars and coordinate with designers, video editors, and content teams.
  4. Drive organic audience growth, engagement, and community management across social platforms.
  5. Monitor trends and identify opportunities to improve reach and content performance.
  6. Analyze social media insights and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution, live events, podcasts, and digital initiatives.
  8. Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and communication across all platforms.
  9. Stay updated with platform algorithms, best practices, and emerging digital trends.

Skills, Experience & Expertise

  • 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Management.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, and other social platforms.
  • Experience in content planning, audience growth, and community management.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands/accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience working with creators, influencers, media brands, or personal brands is preferred.
  • Interest in spirituality, wellness, or devotional content will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in social media management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work from the Noida office.
