Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager with 3+ years of experience to lead and scale our brand and client social media presence. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to drive impactful content strategies, build strong digital communities, and deliver measurable growth across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute platform-specific strategies aligned with brand goals, audience insights, and campaign objectives.

Content Direction & Oversight: Lead content ideation, storytelling, and creative direction for posts, reels, and campaigns ensuring high engagement and brand consistency.

Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day management of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms with a focus on growth, engagement, and reach.

Team Leadership: Manage and guide junior executives, designers, and content creators to ensure high-quality and timely output.

Content Calendar & Campaign Planning: Own monthly content calendars, campaign timelines, and execution plans across multiple brands or projects.

Performance Tracking & Optimization: Analyze social media performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

Paid & Organic Integration: Collaborate with performance marketing teams to align organic content with paid campaigns for maximum impact.

Trend & Market Analysis: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to keep content fresh and relevant.

Client & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams and clients to align expectations, present strategies, and ensure smooth execution.

Brand Building & Community Engagement: Strengthen brand voice, manage audience interactions, and build strong online communities.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strategic Social Media Planning: Ability to plan and execute platform-specific strategies aligned with brand goals and audience behavior.

Content Integration & Storytelling: Strong understanding of integrating content across formats (reels, static, carousels, ads) to maintain a cohesive brand narrative.

Organic & Paid Content Ideation: Expertise in developing high-performing content ideas for both organic growth and paid campaigns.

Content Calendar Planning & Management: Proficient in building, managing, and executing structured monthly content calendars across multiple brands.

Multi-Account Management: Experience handling multiple social media accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality, consistency, and performance.

Creative & Trend-Driven Approach: Highly proactive in identifying trends, adapting content quickly, and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to campaigns.

Performance-Oriented Mindset: Ability to align content strategies with measurable goals like engagement, reach, and conversions.

Required Skills & Profile

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.

• Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and platform algorithms.

• Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving engagement.

• Experience in managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously.

• Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and collaborate cross-functionally.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking tools.

• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.

• Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, analytics dashboards, scheduling tools, and reporting systems.

• Ability to adapt quickly to trends and execute ideas efficiently.
