Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to drive our digital presence across key platforms. The role will focus on content strategy, campaign execution, community engagement, influencer management, and performance tracking to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Ensure regular, timely, and effective posting across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter/X.
- Maintain a consistent brand tone of voice in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage day-to-day social media operations and calendar planning.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Ideate and execute impactful social media campaigns to promote current and new offerings.
- Explore and leverage new platform features (e.g., Reels, Shopping tools) for brand relevance and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative and engaging content.
Social Listening & Market Insights
- Monitor consumer behavior, brand trends, and competitor activities in real time.
- Analyze conversations and insights to support content and creative strategies.
- Review competitor campaigns and category best practices.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Prepare monthly social media dashboards covering:
- Campaign performance
- Content performance
- Follower growth
- Reach and impressions
- Engagement metrics
- Maintain and update marketing trackers regularly.
- Drive growth in organic reach, impressions, and follower base.
Influencer Management
- Manage end-to-end influencer marketing initiatives.
- Shortlist, onboard, and coordinate with influencers and agencies.
- Plan content strategies and campaign execution, especially for short-form video content.
- Handle budgeting, negotiations, contracts, and billing processes.
Shoot & Vendor Coordination
- Act as the primary coordinator for content shoots.
- Coordinate logistics, props, sourcing, and vendor management.
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure quality execution and output.
Community Management
- Respond to comments, direct messages, and customer queries across all platforms.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns by coordinating with relevant internal teams.
- Engage actively with audiences through conversations, trends, and interactions.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Brand, Finance, Accounts, Operations, Production, and Regional Teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and brand initiatives.
Key Objectives
- Drive brand awareness through increased reach and impressions.
- Build strong organic engagement and follower growth.
- Deliver impactful campaigns and high-quality content.
- Ensure a positive customer experience across social platforms.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of content trends, social media platforms, and platform algorithms.
- Experience in influencer marketing and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Experience working with FMCG, Food & Beverage, QSR, Retail, or other consumer-facing brands will be preferred.
