Location: Mumbai Suburbs (Candidate must be based in Mumbai Suburbs)

Work Mode: Hybrid

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-focused Content & Social Media Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, editing reels, designing creatives, and building strong digital identities for brands.

This role requires someone who understands social media beyond just posting content — someone who can identify trends, create viral content formats, understand audience behavior, and execute high-quality content that resonates with premium audiences.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with visually driven industries such as jewellery brands, fast fashion brands, luxury clothing houses, lifestyle brands, beauty, or premium consumer brands.

This is a hands-on role where creativity, execution, and ownership are highly valued.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
  • Monitor audience engagement, comments, and messages.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms.
  • Track social media performance and suggest improvements.
Content Creation & Strategy
  • Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand goals and audience preferences.
  • Create content strategies for different industries, especially premium and lifestyle brands.
  • Plan content themes, campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand storytelling initiatives.
  • Research competitors and identify opportunities for better engagement.
  • Create engaging content that improves brand awareness, reach, and community growth.
Reel Creation & Video Editing
  • Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish engaging reels and short-form videos.
  • Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other video-first content.
  • Edit videos with captions, transitions, effects, trending sounds, and creative elements.
  • Stay updated with trending reel formats and adapt them according to brand requirements.
  • Repurpose existing content into multiple engaging formats.
  • Understand what makes content perform well on social media platforms.
Social Media Design & Creative Execution
  • Create visually appealing social media posts, carousels, stories, and promotional creatives.
  • Design content formats that align with premium brand aesthetics.
  • Create educational, promotional, and storytelling-based carousel posts.
  • Perform basic image editing, resizing, retouching, and creative modifications.
  • Make minor changes and edits to existing designs when required.
  • Ensure all creative assets maintain brand consistency.
Trend Research & Viral Content Development
  • Continuously monitor Instagram trends, viral reels, trending audio, memes, and content formats.
  • Identify opportunities to create relevant trend-based content quickly.
  • Understand current social media behaviour and changing audience preferences.
  • Bring fresh creative ideas and experiment with new content formats.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and emerging features.
Website Management
  • Handle basic website content updates and management.
  • Upload and update website banners, images, blogs, and basic content changes.
  • Ensure website content remains updated and aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with developers for technical website requirements.
AI Tools & Technology
  • Have basic knowledge and understanding of AI tools used in marketing and content creation.
  • Use AI tools to improve content ideation, research, productivity, and workflow.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Midjourney, and similar platforms.
  • Explore new AI technologies that can improve content quality and efficiency.
  • Use AI creatively while maintaining originality and brand identity.
Client Experience Required

Candidates with experience managing social media for the following industries will be preferred:

  • Jewellery brands
  • Luxury jewellery houses
  • Fast fashion brands
  • Luxury clothing designers
  • Fashion and lifestyle brands
  • Beauty and wellness brands
  • Premium consumer brands

Experience working with visually focused brands where aesthetics, storytelling, and premium positioning are important will be highly valued.

Required Skills & QualificationsExperience:
  • 2–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for brands or clients.
  • Agency experience will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Excellent reel creation and video editing skills.
  • Experience with Canva and video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  • Experience creating carousels, static posts, stories, and social media creatives.
  • Basic knowledge of website management platforms (WordPress preferred).
  • Understanding of AI tools for content creation and marketing.
