Job Description

Position Title: Social Media Manager

Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Work Mode: Onsite position (Monday–Friday)

Location: Andheri (E), Mumbai

Rite KnowledgeLabs is looking for a Social Media Manager (primary: LinkedIn, secondary: Instagram, X, YouTube) to join our dynamic team in Chandivali, Andheri East, Mumbai (onsite role, full-time work from office).

You'll be responsible for driving social media (organic) strategy and execution for multiple corporate and B2B brands, working closely with writers, designers, clients, and leadership teams to deliver impactful digital experiences. In addition, a basic knowledge of performance marketing will be helpful.

Who should apply

You should have 4 to 6 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a digital, PR, or creative agency environment. You must be comfortable managing multiple client accounts, developing content strategies, interpreting performance metrics, and leading social media initiatives from concept to execution.

Strong communication skills, client-facing experience, and a deep understanding of social media platforms are essential. Immediate joiners preferred!

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Social Media Manager, you will:

  • Develop social media strategies – Create platform-specific strategies aligned with client objectives, brand positioning, and business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end execution – Oversee content calendars, campaign planning, publishing schedules, and day-to-day social media operations including posting & scheduling content, managing queries, creating conversations.
  • Lead content direction – Collaborate with writers, designers, and video teams to create engaging, high-quality content, reels and videos.
  • Drive engagement & growth – Build audience engagement strategies and identify opportunities to increase reach, visibility, and community interaction.
  • Analyse performance – Monitor social media metrics, track campaign effectiveness, derive insights, and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Prepare client reports – Create insightful performance reports and present recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage client relationships – Serve as a key point of contact for clients, understand their business objectives, and ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay ahead of trends – Keep track of platform updates, emerging trends, viral moments, industry conversations, and best practices across social channels.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks - across client accounts, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of all commitments.
  • Strong understanding of and interest in the social ecosystem - Ability to recommend best practices and provide informed guidance to both clients and team members.
  • Should have a research-driven mindset - Ability to develop insights-driven B2B corporate programs and campaigns.

Qualification:

  • Graduates or Post-graduates in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Journalism, Digital Media, Business Communication, or related fields.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Content Marketing will be an added advantage.
