Social Media Manager

We are a growing startup based in Pune and are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can independently handle our social media presence from ideation to execution.

This is not a work-from-home role and not for freshers or interns.

We are looking for someone who is confident on camera, thinks independently, and can create engaging reels and content without depending on a full-time graphic designer or video editor.

Female candidates are preferred due to the nature of on-camera content creation.

• Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn primarily)
• Create reels and short-form video content directly on camera
• Plan and execute content ideas independently
• Write captions and scripts with strong clarity and intent
• Use basic AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, video tools, etc.) to support content creation
• Maintain consistency, brand tone, and posting schedule
• Analyze basic performance metrics and improve content strategy accordingly

• Minimum 12 years of experience in social media management (no freshers)
• Strong command over spoken and written English
• Comfortable and confident speaking on camera
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment
• Basic understanding of AI tools for content, captions, and ideation
• Creative thinking with practical execution mindset
• Reliable, responsible, and self-driven

• Location: Pune (mandatory)
• Work Mode: On-site only
• No work from home / no hybrid option

• This role requires ownership, not supervision
• You will not have a dedicated graphic designer or video editor at all times
• If you are not comfortable being on camera, this role is not for you
