As part of our expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team immediately.

Position Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across all major platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase conversions for both the company and its clients. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, data-driven, and have a deep understanding of current social media trends and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing and branding goals.

Create detailed content calendars for clients, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all social media platforms.

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop innovative campaign ideas.

  • Content Creation & Management

Create engaging, original, and high-quality content (text, image, and video) tailored for each social media platform.

Supervise designers, copywriters, and video editors to ensure content aligns with brand tone and objectives.

Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and interaction across all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Threads, etc.).

  • Community Engagement

Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, influencers, and communities to build meaningful connections.

Manage online reputation by responding to comments, reviews, and messages in a timely and professional manner.

  • Analytics & Reporting

Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) using analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.

Generate regular reports and insights to measure the success of campaigns and suggest data-driven improvements.

  • Advertising & Campaign Management

Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.) to meet performance objectives.

Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative adjustments.

  • Trend Monitoring & Innovation

Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Experiment with new content formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories, Live sessions, etc.) to keep brand presence fresh and engaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 25 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of all major social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
  • Experience in creating and managing content calendars for multiple clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite, Canva).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and content marketing principles.
  • Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail are essential.
