About Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow the social media presence of multiple client brands. The role involves strategy planning, content execution, team management, and coordinating and attending client and in-house shoots to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned content delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client business goals
- Plan, create, review, and approve content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.)
- Oversee day-to-day social media operations and ensure timely execution of campaigns
- Plan, coordinate, and go for client and in-house shoots (photo/video) to ensure content quality and brand alignment
- Provide creative direction during shoots in coordination with photographers, videographers, and content teams
- Manage and mentor Social Media Executives and collaborate with designers, copywriters, video editors, and performance teams
- Monitor platform trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all social media channels
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews professionally
- Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and prepare detailed monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to align social media campaigns with overall marketing strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing agency
- Proven experience handling client shoots and on-site content coordination
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach
- Ability to manage multiple clients, shoots, and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
