Job Description
- Managing and growing F2F Studios presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook
- Building and executing a monthly content calendar aligned with editorial and studio output
- Scheduling and publishing content across platforms
- Tracking performance metrics such as reach, engagement, watch time, follower growth and reporting weekly
- Identifying trending topics in fashion, retail, and textile news and flagging them to the editorial team
- Coordinating with the content head, content writer, video editor, and studio team to ensure timely content delivery
- Writing captions, hooks, and post copy that make industry news feel compelling and shareable
- Managing comments, DMs, and community engagement across all platforms
- Running and optimising paid boosts on YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram for high-priority content
- Coordinating with influencers, collaborators, and industry voices for amplification and cross-posting
- Monitoring competitor and industry media accounts to benchmark content performance
- Supporting the studio team during live sessions, webinars, and event coverage
Requirements
- Maximum 4 years of social media management experience, specifically at a digital news outlet, media company, or news-first brand
- Proven track record of growing audiences for news or business content not lifestyle, not e-commerce
- Deep understanding of how news content performs differently across platforms and what works on LinkedIn and YouTube does not work on Instagram
- Experience working alongside editorial teams and understanding publishing cycles and news pegs
- Hands-on experience with scheduling and analytics platforms such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Sprout Social
- Strong grasp of platform algorithms especially LinkedIn's and YouTube's and how they affect content distribution
- Ability to write sharp, news-forward captions that hook without clickbaiting
- Comfortable reading engagement data and translating it into actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with the fashion, textile, or trade industry is a strong advantage
- Experience managing paid social campaigns is a plus
- Strong organisational skills since you're managing multiple content streams across multiple platforms simultaneously
