Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Social Media Manager based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. In this role, you will oversee the planning, creation, and management of social media content across various platforms. Responsibilities include developing and implementing social media strategies, engaging with audiences, monitoring performance analytics, and optimizing content. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure a cohesive digital presence that aligns with brand objectives and drives audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), Search Engibe Optimization (SEO) with a strong understanding of platform best practices
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills to craft engaging and effective social media content
• Experience with Content Strategy, including planning, scheduling, and executing campaigns
• Knowledge of analytics tools to track performance and leverage insights for optimization
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and campaigns efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience with creative tools for visual content creation is a plus
• Understanding of trends in influencer marketing and digital platforms is an advantage
