Experience: 2-3 years in Social Media Marketing, with 1-2 years in paid ads (Meta/YouTube).

Job Summary:

We are looking for a performance-driven Senior Social Media Executive to manage healthcare client campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This hands-on role focuses on lead generation, engagement, and brand authority through paid ads and organic content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media platforms and ensure brand consistency.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads & YouTube Ads for high-quality patient leads.
• Develop monthly content calendars and track competitor trends.
• Identify high-intent healthcare topics and coordinate content creation.
• Monitor KPIs (Leads, CPL, Engagement, Reach) and share performance reports.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager & YouTube Ads, and Meta Pixel.
• Hands-on experience in lead generation and A/B testing.
• Good knowledge of AI.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and lead generation funnels.

Education:

• Graduate in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Communications.
• Digital Marketing/Meta Ads certification preferred.
• Proven experience in lead generation campaigns.

Salary (CTC): 20000 – 25000 Per Month
