We're looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to own and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. You'll be responsible for content strategy, execution, performance tracking, and community engagement, ensuring consistent growth and strong brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, carousels)
- Manage brand voice, messaging, and visual consistency across all channels
- Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams for content creation
- Manage and optimise paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn basic to intermediate level)
- Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and optimise strategies based on insights
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and build an active online community
- Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and best practices
Requirements
- 24 years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn algorithms
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, optimisation, reporting)
- Strong copywriting skills for captions, hooks, and CTAs
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Reels Editor, Canva)
- Analytical mindset with ability to read data and improve performance
- Ability to manage multiple brands/projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with service-based brands
- Understanding of Indian and/or Australian audiences
- Knowledge of influencer or UGC content strategies
