Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and trend-smartSocial Media Managerwho can take full ownership of planning, executing, and scaling our social media strategies. This role involves managing content teams, overseeing creator collaborations, driving engagement, and ensuring the brand stays fresh, relatable, and consistent across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Planning

Build and execute monthly & quarterly social media strategies.

Develop content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and trends.

Maintain consistent visual identity and brand voice across platforms.

2. Content Creation & Oversight

Lead overall content direction for Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts & more.

Conceptualize high-performing reel ideas, creative stories, UGC-style content & campaign shoots.

Coordinate with in-house team, photographers, editors, and stylists.

Approve final content before publishing.

3. Influencer & Creator Management

Identify, onboard, and manage influencers (paid & barter).

Create deliverable plans, negotiate rates, and track performance ROI.

Build long-term creator partnerships and UGC pipelines.

4. Data & Performance Analytics

Monitor engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions.

Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and insights.

Use data to refine strategy, content direction, and posting timelines.

5. Community & Brand Management

Manage comments, DMs, tags, and brand engagement.

Strengthen community building through polls, feedback, and interactive content.

Ensure a positive online brand reputation.

Skills & Competencies Required

Strong command of Instagram algorithms, trends, and viral content strategy.

Ability to ideate and execute creative concepts independently.

Good understanding of lifestyle/fashion aesthetics.

Strong communication & copywriting skills.

Ability to lead a small creative/content team.

Proficiency in Canva,CapCut/VN, or collaboration with editors.

Knowledge of Pinterest marketing is a plus.

Experience

36 years inSocial Media, Content, Digital Marketing or Branding.

Prior experience with Fashion / D2C brands ishighly preferred.

Demonstrated results in scaling social media accounts.
