Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Manager to lead the management of our social media channels, website performance, and SEO strategy. The ideal candidate will ensure our brandremainsvisible, consistent, and engaging across all digital platforms, aligning with the broader branding and business goals.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize website content and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, monitoring, and community engagement
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and improvement plans
  • Run and optimize paid social media campaigns when required
  • Coordinate with design, marketing, and content teams for campaigns and brand consistency
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal company events, campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration with internal teams for promotions, communications, and digital event coverage.

Qualification, Skill & Experience (Whatwe arelooking for)

  • 3-10 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Proficient in social media management, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Skilled in designing/editing creatives, videos, and marketing collateral.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, SEMrush, Hootsuit, and Mailchimp.
  • Strong creative thinking and visual communication abilities.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field
