Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Manager who understands the fast-moving world of social platforms and knows how to turn ideas into engaging content. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, proactive, and capable of managing multiple brand accounts while staying ahead of current social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end social media operations for key client accounts.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish posts, Reels, Stories, and short-form videos across platforms.
- Track and interpret current social media trends and adapt them creatively for brand storytelling.
- Oversee day-to-day digital marketing deliverables and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with internal creative, content, and performance teams for campaign execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and proactively manage communication.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with founders and marketing stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and brand alignment of all social media content.
- Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements for engagement and growth.
- Prepare basic reports and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Required Skills & Experience
- 34 years of relevant experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Proven experience in creating and managing Reels, Stories, and platform-native content.
- Creative mindset with the ability to ideate and add value beyond execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, agency/startup environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and timelines.
Additional Information
- This is a full-time, on-site role.
- Candidates must be willing to commute daily to the office in Gurugram.
