About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes storytelling, trends, and design.

This role isn't just about managing posts — it's about building communities, creating conversations, and shaping brand voice across platforms for Carysil and Sternhagen.

Location: Gurugram

Type: Full-time, On-site

Key Responsibilities

* Developing and executing social media strategies aligned with the brand's business goals 

* Creating and managing monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn

* Planning and publishing engaging posts, reels, videos, stories, and campaign-led content 

* Taking end-to-end responsibility for product shoots, including unique concept development, moodboarding, shoot planning, coordination, execution, and final content delivery 

* Coordinating with designers, photographers, videographers, influencers, and agencies 

* Managing influencer collaborations with unique scripts

* Monitoring audience engagement, comments, messages, and online reputation 

* Planning, running, and optimizing social media ads across Meta platforms, including Instagram and Facebook ads 

* Tracking key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, leads, and conversions 

* Staying updated with social media trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and category insights 

* Preparing analytics reports and recommending improvements based on performance data 

* Taking ownership of brand events, including social media planning, content coverage, coordination, live updates, post-event content

What You Bring

• 4–6 years of experience managing social media for premium, design, lifestyle, or luxury brands.

• Deep understanding of content strategy, visual storytelling, and influencer marketing.

• Proven ability to grow and engage audiences through creative and authentic storytelling.

• Strong sense of design aesthetics, tone of voice, and brand personality.

• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills — with a finger on the pulse of what's trending.
