ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a digitally sharp, creatively driven, and highly agile Social Media & Brand Content leader who can drive growth, brand visibility, reputation, and engagement across platforms. The ideal candidate should be:

This role requires someone who can independently lead content, social media growth, influencer collaborations, ORM, paid amplification support, and leadership communication while working closely with agencies, creators, production houses, and internal stakeholders.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Strategy & Growth
- Lead end-to-end social media strategy for the brand across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.
- Drive follower growth, engagement, brand awareness, and audience affinity through innovative and insight-led content.
- Develop platform-specific strategies and identify new-age opportunities for brand building.
- Continuously identify emerging digital trends, formats, creators, meme culture, AI tools, and platform innovations to keep the brand culturally relevant and ahead of the curve.
Content Ideation & Production
- Lead ideation and creation of digital-first content including reels, short videos, brand films, influencer-led content, podcasts, educational content, leadership communication, and trend-led creatives.
- Conceptualise innovative content formats that can build stronger audience engagement and organic reach.
- Work closely with production houses, editors, creators, agencies, and internal teams to deliver fast-turnaround, high-quality content pieces
- Oversee shoots, scripting, content calendars, edits, post-production, publishing workflows, and SEO optimisation.
AI-Led & Digital Innovation
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies for content creation, ideation, workflow optimisation, and faster execution.
- Explore and implement new-age digital and AI-led content formats for stronger storytelling and engagement.
Brand Awareness & Paid Campaigns
- Work closely with digital and performance marketing teams to drive:
- Brand awareness campaigns
- Reach and engagement campaigns
- Reputation-led communication
- Meta ads and paid social amplification
- Support strategic campaign planning and optimisation through audience insights and performance learnings.
Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Lead and monitor brand reputation across social and digital platforms.
- Ensure timely, brand-aligned responses and proactive reputation management.
- Monitor content performance, engagement, reach, watch time, retention, and audience insights to derive learnings and optimise future content strategy.
- Track competitor benchmarks, trends, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify potential reputation risks and proactively manage escalations.
Content Performance & Analytics
- Monitor and track the performance of all content published across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Analyse engagement, reach, watch time, retention, audience behaviour, sentiment, and platform-specific performance metrics to derive actionable insights.
- Continuously identify content learnings and optimise future communication, formats, storytelling styles, and platform strategies based on performance trends.
- Drive a data-led approach towards content planning and decision-making to improve brand visibility, engagement, and audience affinity.
- Track competitor and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities, gaps, and emerging content trends.
Influencer & Partnerships
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and digital partners aligned with the brand.
- Drive innovative influencer-led campaigns and social media properties to enhance visibility and engagement.
Leadership Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Create management and leadership communication content for senior leadership and institutional branding.
- Work closely with creative agencies, digital agencies, clinicians, production partners, and internal marketing teams.
- Independently manage multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Work on social campaigns, performance dashboards, and strategies to be presented to business heads and senior leadership teams.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Branding, Media, Communication, or related field preferred
- 8–10 years of experience in:
- Social media marketing
- Brand communication
- Digital content and creative strategy
- Agency or brand-side marketing
- Experience in healthcare, lifestyle, consumer, media, or digital-first brands preferred.
- Prior experience managing agencies, creators, and production partners is preferred.
TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
Strong understanding of:
