Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands how brands show up onlineand how consistency, timing, and context shape engagement. This role goes beyond posting content; it's about building presence, relevance, and conversation across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage day-to-day social media activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms
  • Plan, create, and publish content aligned with brand voice and business goals
  • Drive audience engagement through comments, messages, polls, and conversations
  • Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep content relevant
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and leadership teams for campaigns and launches
  • Track performance metrics and prepare regular engagement and growth reports
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms and engagement dynamics
  • Excellent written communication skills with a clear sense of tone and positioning
  • Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
  • Ability to balance creativity with structure and deadlines

Good to Have

  • Experience in B2B, recruitment, startup, or professional services branding
  • Basic understanding of paid social campaigns and boosts
  • Ability to interpret data and adjust content strategy accordingly
