This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will plan, develop, and execute social media strategies to enhance the organization's online presence and engagement. Responsibilities include creating and managing content, optimizing social media campaigns through Social Media Optimization (SMO), and analyzing performance metrics to inform future initiatives. Additionally, the role involves actively communicating with team members and engaging with online communities to foster meaningful connections.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
• Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure campaign success and impact
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Experience in the education or recruitment sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred
