Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish creative and engaging content (text, images, video, reels, stories, etc.) across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Develop content calendars aligned with marketing goals, campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to produce on-brand content.
- Monitor trends and research best practices to tailor content that fits platform algorithms and audience preferences.
- Write compelling captions and craft calls-to-action that drive engagement.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, conversions) to improve content quality and strategy.
- Stay updated with social media tools, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Proven work experience as a social media content creator or similar role.
