We are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands how brands show up onlineand how consistency, timing, and context shape engagement. This role goes beyond posting content; it's about building presence, relevance, and conversation across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage day-to-day social media activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms
- Plan, create, and publish content aligned with brand voice and business goals
- Drive audience engagement through comments, messages, polls, and conversations
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep content relevant
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and leadership teams for campaigns and launches
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular engagement and growth reports
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms and engagement dynamics
- Excellent written communication skills with a clear sense of tone and positioning
- Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Ability to balance creativity with structure and deadlines
