Social Media Manager

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for a Social Media Manager. Responsibilities include managing social media platforms, developing and executing social media strategies, creating and curating content, optimizing social media performance (SMO), and monitoring analytics to ensure engagement and reach. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing objectives, as well as maintaining consistent brand voice and messaging.

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Proficiency in Content Strategy and ability to plan and execute creative campaigns
• Strong written and verbal Communication skills, paired with exceptional Writing ability
• Experience in social media analytics and the ability to interpret performance metrics
• Familiarity with social media tools and platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Background in marketing, communications, or digital media is a plus
