Social Media Manager (On-site)
H&H: Powering Digital Excellence
H&H works at the intersection of Digital Marketing, Design and IT. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager who can bridge the gap between creative storytelling and integrated marketing. You will be the driving force behind our digital communities, guiding our in-house creative team to turn strategies into high-quality outputs. If you know how to build brand narratives, execute flawless content calendars, and aren't afraid to step in front of the camera, we would like to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Own end-to-end social media operations, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking across all major platforms.
Brand Strategy: Lead positioning, campaign planning, and integrated marketing initiatives for H&H and our clients to build strong, memorable brand narratives.
Content & Calendars: Plan, manage, and execute monthly content calendars flawlessly, adapting quickly to digital trends and shifting platform algorithms.
Scriptwriting & Copy: Write crisp, engaging scripts for short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) and strong, conversion-focused ad copy.
On-Camera Presence: Serve as the confident face for brand campaigns, informative videos, and interviews when required.
Team Coordination: Guide our in-house graphic designers and video editors to ensure all visual outputs perfectly align with the intended brand strategy and client guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or brand strategy, preferably within an agency environment.
Communication & Copywriting: A strong editorial background with excellent writing, verbal communication, and storytelling skills.
On-Camera Comfort: Proven comfort, clarity, and confidence presenting on camera for digital campaigns and social media assets.
Platform Proficiency: Deep understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) and their native insights, tools, and best practices.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect daily content output to measurable marketing impact, focusing on long-term brand value rather than just short-term vanity metrics.
Good to have: Basic video editing knowledge (such as CapCut or Premiere Pro) is considered a significant plus.
