Life Care Hospital is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to manage all incoming leads and marketing coordination across platforms.

Role Responsibilities:

• Promptly attend and respond to all telephonic enquiries

• Manage and convert leads from Instagram, LinkedIn, and all social media platforms

• Ensure no lead or call goes unattended

• Oversee the marketing team and monitor their performance

• Coordinate and send regular promotions, updates, and posts via WhatsApp

• Maintain lead tracking, follow-ups, and daily reporting

• Act as the link between marketing efforts and patient engagement

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Experience in tele-calling, marketing oversight, or healthcare services preferred

• Organised, responsive, and process-driven

• Comfortable handling social media leads and digital communication tools
