Role Overview:
You'll shape the digital voice of a fast-growing education movement with over 500k reach every month across platforms. From storytelling and campaign execution to visual identity and audience engagement, your work will directly influence how students, educators, and schools experience MU20 online.
Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Indore. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the organisation's social media presence across various platforms. Daily tasks include developing and implementing social media marketing strategies, creating and optimising engaging content, monitoring online campaigns, analysing performance metrics, and engaging with the online community to increase visibility and interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting social media strategies for MU20's social media platforms.
Coordinate with freelance editors, designers, and writers to ensure the timely delivery of content.
Plan and visualise feed layouts, highlight themes, and storytelling flow.
Track content performance and update the team on engagement metrics.
Schedule posts, maintain posting calendars, and ensure consistency in visual identity.
Conduct research on trends, audience behaviour, and platform changes.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies
Strong Communication and Content Strategy skills
Experience in Digital Marketing and campaign management
Knowledge of social media analytics, tools, and marketing trends
Ability to create and curate compelling content tailored to diverse audiences
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong organisational skills with proficiency in working independently and collaboratively
Requirements:
Strong communication skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
Understanding of digital trends and basic social media analytics.
Ability to work within multiple communication channels.
Basic sense of design aesthetics and feed structure.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable with fast-paced timelines
