Role Description

Bizlegal India is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and manage the firm's digital presence across platforms.

This is a full-time on-site role based in Sector-32, Noida.

The selected candidate will be responsible for independently managing Bizlegal India's social media presence and building a strong founder-focused digital brand. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.

The Social Media Manager will work closely with the founder and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging, high-quality content, and strong engagement with the startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Bizlegal's brand and positioning

Create and manage content for platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram

Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across channels

Collaborate with external design/video agencies where required

Monitor engagement, performance metrics, and optimize content accordingly

Assist in ideating founder-focused content, legal insights, and startup ecosystem commentary

Ensure regular posting and growth of Bizlegal's online presence

Qualifications

Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)

Strong writing and communication skills

Proficiency in AI tools and prompt writing for content generation

Experience in developing and executing content strategies

Ability to work independently and execute with precision

Familiarity with analytics tools, engagement metrics, and platform insights is preferred

Location: Sector-32, Noida
