Hey, you! Yes, YOU the one scrolling Instagram while sipping cold coffee and plotting your next viral reel idea.

If hashtags are your second language, and you think in captions, you might just be the social media sorcerer we're looking for.

At Whitedot, we don't just post we provoke, engage, and trend.

Now we need a new digital wizard in the house.

One who can ideate like a strategist, shoot like a creator, and act like an algorithm whisperer.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept):

Own the Instagram game (and maybe LinkedIn & YouTube Shorts too).

Plan and execute reel content and yes, you'll also be acting in many of them. Bring your face + your flair!

Collaborate with creative & strategy teams to build monthly calendars, content buckets & campaign ideas.

Write quirky, intelligent, sometimes emotional, sometimes savage captions.

Spot trends before they go viral. Ride them. Flip them. Own them.

Bring boring brands to life. (Don't worry ours aren't boring.)

Be ready to shoot, direct, and edit short-form content in collaboration with the in-house team.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

Is confident in front of the camera (no stage fright, just lights, camera, action!)

Knows Instagram like a best friend (and treats the algorithm like an ex they want to impress).

Has 12 years of agency or brand-side experience in content creation & social media.

Is fluent in meme culture, Bollywood references, and AI tools like CapCut, VN, or Canva.

Writes well from savage one-liners to soft, poetic brand captions.

Loves working with real brands, real stories, and really crazy deadlines.
