Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate, and collaborate with relevant creators/influencers on Instagram & YouTube (barter & paid).
- Build and manage monthly content calendars across platforms.
- Plan and discuss campaign ideas and launches with the team.
- Understand customer psychology to align content and creators with the right audience.
- Engage on Reddit and Quora to build organic brand visibility.
- Track and act on social media trends, formats, and viral moments.
- Coordinate with video editors and graphic designers for final content outputs.
- Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads)
- Share weekly insights on what's working and what's not.
- Do competitor analysis and content benchmarking.
Skills Required
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in influencer/creator collaborations.
- Knowledge of Instagram, YouTube & social media trends.
- Basic analytics using Excel / Google Sheets
