Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, social media management, and basic paid advertising, with a keen eye for design and trends.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and handle all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Create and schedule daily posts, reels, stories, and creatives

Shoot and edit photos & videos for social media content

Perform basic to intermediate video editing for reels and short-form content

Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals

Run and optimize paid ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google

Monitor performance, engagement, and insights; suggest improvements

Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns and promotions

Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and algorithm changes

Required Skills

Social Media Management & Content Planning

Photoshop (basic to intermediate)

Video Editing (Reels, Shorts, basic transitions & captions)

Videography & Content Shooting (mobile or camera)

PowerPoint (for presentations & reports)

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

Google Ads (basic understanding)

Content writing & captioning skills

Understanding of branding and visual aesthetics

Additional Skills (Good to Have)

Canva or similar design tools

Basic analytics & reporting

Influencer coordination experience

Trend research & competitor analysis

Time management & multitasking

Who Should Apply
