We are looking for an experienced Social Media Executive who can manage end-to-end social media and digital lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns

Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging

Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and B2B outreach

Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads

Handle email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns for lead nurturing

Drive lead generation initiatives through social media and digital channels

Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare performance reports

Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams for campaign execution

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates

Requirements/Skills:

2+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing

Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign optimization

Working knowledge of email marketing and WhatsApp marketing tools

Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and funnels

Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, HubSpot, or similar platforms

Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
