Social Media Executive (02 Years)
Location: On-site (Office) | Delhi/Gurgaon

Role Summary
We're hiring a Social Media Executive to manage and grow the social media presence for
brands under the portfolio of Tatva Hills on social, primarily Instagram (Reels-first). You'll own
day-to-day execution: trend spotting, briefing the creative team, captioning, posting, community
management, and weekly performance learning. We already have a designer + video team.
Your responsibility is to convert ideation into creation and flawless execution.
What You'll Own (Non-Negotiable)
Weekly content calendar (planning + coordination + timely publishing)
Reels pipeline: trend tracking concept brief posting
Community management: comments/DM replies, escalation, brand tone
Creator/UGC coordination (nano/micro creators): briefing + follow-ups + approvals
Campaign execution across Meta & YouTube (boosting posts, running ads, performance tracking)
Performance learning: what worked, what didn't, what to do next
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute content across Instagram and YouTube Shorts (priority), Facebook (secondary)
Convert trends into brand-safe ideas (POV formats, meme-able moments, etc).
Write crisp captions + hooks + CTAs, hashtags, and story copy aligned to brand voice.
Create strong briefs for the design/video team including concept, reference links, hook, shot list, on-screen text, and CTA.
Coordinate shoots/edit timelines and ensure content goes live on schedule.
Manage daily community engagement and keep response quality high.
Support influencer/creator collabs and UGC sourcing to keep content relatable and high-volume.
Boost posts strategically based on performance signals
Maintain a simple weekly report: reach, views, saves, shares, engagement, follower growth, top learnings + next week actions.
Success Metrics (You'll Be Measured On)
Output cadence: 35 Reels/week + supporting stories (as per calendar)
Content quality signals: saves, shares, retention (avg watch time), comments quality
Community: response time during working hours + tone consistency
Growth: steady improvement in reach + follower growth month-on-month
Execution: minimal missed deadlines, clean coordination, fewer rework loops
Creator/UGC: consistent inflow of usable UGC/creator content
Requirements
02 years in social media (internships/freelance allowed).
Strong understanding of IG Reels formats, hooks, and trend cycles.
Ability to write clean captions and structure content ideas (not just trend = use audio).
Comfortable coordinating with creative teams and working with timelines.
Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite + scheduling/reporting on Sheets.
Good-to-Have
Basic editing/assembly skills (CapCut/InShot) for quick mockups (not full production).
Interest in food content, and health & fitness content
Exposure to FMCG and brand marketing content
