Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, X, etc.
- Manage social media accounts and profiles, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
- Monitor social media analytics and track key performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and industry professionals to expand brand reach and engagement.
- Coordinate social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in social media marketing.
- Assist in executing social media shoots, including content planning, on-site coordination, basic styling/props management, and ensuring brand guidelines are followed.

- Proven experience as a social media executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative social media campaigns.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and track performance metrics.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
