This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Executive based in Noida. The primary responsibilities include managing social media accounts, planning and executing effective social media strategies, creating engaging posts, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing online presence. The role requires working closely with the marketing team to drive engagement and grow the brand's digital footprint across various platforms.

• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Proficiency in Media Planning and Communication to craft and execute effective campaigns.
• Strong Writing skills to create engaging and compelling social media content.
• Ability to analyze metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies for performance improvement.
• Working knowledge of social media tools, analytics platforms, and emerging social media trends.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in managing social media for multi-industry sectors is a plus.
