Job Description

Experience Required: 1-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

  • Handle day-to-day management of social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Ensure timely posting and consistency across platforms
  • Maintain brand tone, voice, and visual identity

2. Account Management & Client Communication

  • Act as a point of contact for assigned clients
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans
  • Share regular updates, take feedback, and ensure smooth coordination

3. Content Planning & Calendars

  • Create monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
  • Plan campaigns, launches, and special day content
  • Ensure content variety (static, reels, carousels, stories, etc.)

4. Content Ideation & Trend Awareness

  • Bring fresh, creative ideas for content and campaigns
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and platform updates
  • Suggest trend-based content relevant to each brand

5. Basic Editing & Shooting

  • Assist in content shoots (reels, product shoots, behind-the-scenes)
  • Perform basic video editing and image editing using tools/apps
  • Coordinate with designers/editors when required

6. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, etc.)
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights
  • Suggest improvements based on data and analytics

7. Coordination & Execution

  • Work closely with design, content, and performance teams
  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables
  • Maintain organized records of content, approvals, and reports
