Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
- Handle day-to-day management of social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ensure timely posting and consistency across platforms
- Maintain brand tone, voice, and visual identity
2. Account Management & Client Communication
- Act as a point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans
- Share regular updates, take feedback, and ensure smooth coordination
3. Content Planning & Calendars
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
- Plan campaigns, launches, and special day content
- Ensure content variety (static, reels, carousels, stories, etc.)
4. Content Ideation & Trend Awareness
- Bring fresh, creative ideas for content and campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and platform updates
- Suggest trend-based content relevant to each brand
5. Basic Editing & Shooting
- Assist in content shoots (reels, product shoots, behind-the-scenes)
- Perform basic video editing and image editing using tools/apps
- Coordinate with designers/editors when required
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, etc.)
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights
- Suggest improvements based on data and analytics
7. Coordination & Execution
- Work closely with design, content, and performance teams
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables
- Maintain organized records of content, approvals, and reports
