Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team! As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing our brand's presence across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay ahead of social media trends and publish content across various social media and digital platforms, adhering to platform-specific and brand guidelines
• Scout socials and various news sources for potential stories and trends
• Ideate, create & edit engaging content carousels, reels, memes, and more
• Write accurate, engaging, and contextually relevant captions, headlines, and post descriptions for a variety of content types
• Collaborate with editorial, production and internal teams for top-performing content and ensure seamless coordination to develop story ideas and produce engaging stories for distribution of stories across platforms
• Optimize videos for maximum engagement
• Manage content calendars and production schedules to ensure regular uploads.

Key Requirements

- Proficiency in social media platforms and platform specific best practices

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience

- Keen news sense and journalistic instincts

- On top of social media trends

- Good eye for aesthetics

- Knows basic video editing

- Graphic Designing (social media creatives, branding)

- Can manage team and other stakeholders
